Your order will be sent out on average within 5 days of ordering, and will be delivered afterwards on average within 3-5 days to USA, 5-10 days to Canada and Europe, and 10-20 days to other countries.
If you did not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, check the entered address on your shipping confirmation. If the address was correct, contact us at support@egloop.com noting your order number. If the address was incorrect, it will be at your cost to make another order to the correct address.
